  This is 100% true! Before my divorce I thought I was going to be disabled for life. I was having so many autoimmune issues and allergies and extreme back pain and getting sick constantly. He&apos;s been gone a little over a year and all of that&apos;s gone. The back pain that had me laying in bed for 2 years is completely gone. Even my allergies are gone! I can eat peanut butter again and not break out in hives. My insomnia is completely gone. My anxiety and panic attacks are gone. But if I have to see my ex for any reason it all comes back. If I have to meet up with him to do something with the kids I will be in bed the next day with the same extreme back pain. The man was literally killing me.

  First boyfriend at 24 gave me 3 yeast infections in a year. Never had before him and haven’t had one since. He gave me 2 high risk HPV infections. Had multiple doctors visits and treatments to make sure I don’t develop cervical cancer. Now, they have cleared up but I have to get a yearly pap and inner ultrasound. I don’t date anymore. My father said no to getting me the HPV vaccine that was offered for free when I was in high school because he thought it would make me start having sex. Men fail us at every turn.

  Never be USEFUL to a man.<br><br>They used to take anything you willingly giving. Just don’t give them your energy, before you take something from them. If you learn how to see your interest first, your body will not stay in a place where you are solely taken advantage of.

  Also!!!! In ADDITION to this!! My mother warned me when I was a teenager that men will ALWAYS tell you you&apos;re not sick. That you always have to go to the doctor, your Chinese natural medicine, your therapy basically behind their backs BC if you say &quot;I have been having headaches..&quot;. They will say &quot;you&apos;re fine, maybe you&apos;re tired&quot; then u listen to them &amp; not get treated. OR you argue...&quot;yes I really am sick&quot; justifying yourself and that is extremely DRAINING! So you just go to get your medical care without mentioning it, asking or telling them at all if possible. And as I became and adult I realized she was right and that every single man has tried to minimize or dismiss it when I said I wasn&apos;t feeling well. It&apos;s because they want us on task, which is focusing on THEIR needs not your OWN!

  Write into your prenup that your husband has to continue to take care of you (keep paying for your medical bills, keep you on his coverage, maybe even a severance package) if he tries to leave you if you’re diagnosed with a serious or terminal illness.<br><br>That is something that can be done and it should be one of the serious conversations you have with him before yall walk down the isle

  I was long distance with one guy, and every time I&apos;d visit, I&apos;d leave with some sort of infection. Whether UTI, yeast infection, BV, kidney infection, sometimes more than one at a time. I endured this for years, ignoring my body and wrecking my gut with nonstop antibiotics. Turns out, he was cheating on me the entire time with girls in his city. A friend who lived there saw him on Hinge and it all came to light. I wish I had listened to my body. Now, I am still dealing with chronic health issues from the 2 years I put my body through this. No man is ever worth your health.

  Always pee after sex and do not consider UTIs to be unserious. I got a UTI seven years ago and since then I’ve had painful bladder syndrome. No infection is unserious.
