Vader definitely plotted against Palpatine. Look at exegol and star killer. He definitely did not just resign himself to being an eternal apprentice.

He's basically Force Jesus, of course he's more powerful than other Sith.

There are some ancient Sith, however, that I would contest are far more powerful. Darth Vitiate, etc.

Vader was more powerful because he could never achieve his ultimate goal, saving Padme.

I would say he's a living weapon with God like power and abilities.

Notice that those of the gray didn't fight or destroy each other. They survived everything.

It would be cool if they did a what if episode if Vader became Vader without the suit. That anakin would’ve been a force to be reckoned with

Attachment in Banes calculation only applied to a living Attachment while being a Sith. Anankin had the Attachment prior to being a Sith and the loss of that Attachment drove him over the cliff. And that is why it worked to continuously up his power. He sees the Jedi as the enemy that cost him Padmè, so as long as he thinks there may be Jedi to hunt the rage builds. Fueling his power.
