  Im planning to do this with my Walkman strictly for my headphone set up.<br><br>Play load local library into dap. Send DAp to DAC, dac to headphone amp. <br><br>Or skip external DAC and use the dap dac straight to headphone amp. <br><br>Daps also have EQ adjustments, plays any file mostly, can stream quboz or Bandcamp and download songs you like from streaming sources then back up on storage device.

  Thanks so much for &nbsp;that Review. You seem to fairly present the strengths and weaknesses pretty clearly. Since I have several home based 2-channel Stereo setups ups, probably using the A&amp;K SP3000M as a roon endpoint and then playing everything through existing large Premium Stereo systems would probably be best. Right no use the Cayin N8ii as a roon end point then direct all the outpub through the home systems. When on the go actually use compact on ear headphone like the &nbsp;over the Bowers &amp; Wilkins Noise Cancelling Px7 S2 and that works well for me. Also use the Bose QuietComfot Ultra when out and about. Always hated the way the IEMs fit in my ear. They just never worked out that well for me. To be honest haven&apos;t used any IEMs in over 7-years so not sure if the new crop IEMs and current technology in IEMs might let them fit better and have really great sound. But on ear headphones never cause problems so that&apos;s kind of what I stayed with.<br>Currently have two (2) DAPs, Cayin N8ii and A&amp;K Kann Ultra and was thinking of trying a new flagship level DAP with a different sound profile, like either the A&amp;K SP3000M or the HiBy RS8 - Hi-Res Flagship Darwin-based R2R DAP.

  Any idea if I can use PD10`s to connect to my car`s audio system, which is already Airplay-enabled? &nbsp;I have both, Android and OIS phones, but my car`s system is way more Apple-friendly
