I understand the pain of a girlfriend who scavenges specific pieces of food. Giving a sandwich you want to someone who only wants to eat the meat and pickles on it because they're hungry (WHICH GIRLS ALWAYS ARE) builds an irrational rage in you that will eventually overshadow the knowledge that it is irrational through sheer intensity

This actually reminds me of how in my town something similar had happened a few years back where very stupidly placed construction had basically locked off quite a few businesses from any streets. Which was fairly unheard of around here. It had made the news and last I remember the businesses were collectively suing either the town or the construction company.
