  Frozen veggies can actually be more nutritious! They&apos;re packaged right away! And it&apos;s a great way to limit food waste because uglier veggies can get diced up for frozen

  Very weird coincidence that so many of the things being touted as MAHA health miracles (tallow, bone broth, colostrum, liver) are also waste/trim substances that the beef industry has been trying to find a way to monetize forever.

  I&apos;m so mad that &quot;Planned Parrothood&quot; is a fkn hilarious name. Also thank you for pointing out that it&apos;s not funny actually to mock RFKJ for his former drug misuse. There are so many legitimate things to mock him for, it undermines them if you start with something that&apos;s not a real criticism.

  I’ve struggled with EDs, and every time “health” is mentioned and food is brought &nbsp;up, I get so anxious. Mainly because I’m so afraid that yet another person is going to start encouraging me to have a more disordered relationship with food, or is going to say some sh*t I know isn’t true, but can’t help but fixate on and doubt myself about. <br><br>I guess I’m sharing this to say that I greatly appreciate your approach to these topics and how you handle discussing them. I always get a little nervous every time I click a video, cause I’m always bracing myself for what feels like an inevitable regurgitation of the same bs health/diet advice and conspiracy theories, but I’ve always come away from your videos thankful for the reminder that I’m not the only person seeing the bs, and experiencing this maddening social and political climate we’re in. So thanks for that.

  As an autistic person, I appreciate your desire to drown yourself in booze rather than sit with the idea of losing your friends who share that trait with me / our genocide.<br><br>I&apos;ve dealt with a lot of people assuming I&apos;m incompetent or otherwise just stupid after learning I&apos;m autistic. Even from people who had previously relied on me due to my competence and (usually) nuanced understanding of a variety of topics. As you might imagine, that shit is frustrating.<br><br>It&apos;s doubly frustrating because I gain some level of personal fulfillment from helping others. Being kind and supporting my loved ones (which is another thing I&apos;ve been accused of being unable to do, loving) is in the core of who I am, as it is with many others. Knowing there&apos;s something about me that causes others to erroneously assume I&apos;m incapable of doing things just hurts.
