Sleep is such a strange state of consciousness. We experience it every night, but our waking brain can barely reconstruct what happened.

Finally someone mentioned the pre-sleep hallucinations. Sometimes the thought is so random, I start thinking about it, which wakes me up, and I'm like fym spaghetti sofa

If you think about it, everyone watching this video is a brain learning about something it does itself in the viewers own head but doesn't know HOW it does it, even though it's a routine. This video is literally for a brain learning about itself!

I tried my best to stay awake and capture that moment accurately, but drowsiness got the better of me.

The strangest part is that you experience falling asleep every single night, yet you can never actually catch yourself doing it. The moment you notice it, you’re still awake.

I don’t remember my head even hitting the pillow, it’s a blessing but kind of freaks me out too.
