Hi All! Thanks for supporting the channel! Just wanted to let you guys know after 4 days of being uploaded, I got hit with a copyright music claim overnight for 1:12:33 - 1:13:35 and this includes my talking as well. My editor and I are working hard to get rid of the claim by muting certain parts but keeping it cohesive as well (it is a bit more challenging to do this in the YT editor). I hope you enjoy regardless and thank you for the love <3

Romilly being alone on that spaceship for 23 years wondering if his colleagues would ever come back is a hell I can't imagine. A movie could probably be made just based on that experience.

I am so glad you realized how impactful it was when Brand took her helmet off at the end.

The score for this film is absolutely astounding. The movie alone is an emotional rollercoaster but the score really compounds the emotions we see on screen

If I could rewatch one film with fresh eyes, it would be Interstellar.

12:01 Of all the Michael Caine roles to reference, I've never seen anyone go for his character in Austin Powers 😂

The concept for the movie was written by Kipp Thorne, a Nobel Prize winning physicists. There is a book called The Science of Interstellar. He was also an advisor to Christopher Nolan during filming.

It’s nearly unbelievable that Hans Zimmer wrote the whole film score without watching the movie. All he was given was the gist and overall idea. There is a whole documentary about it. So fascinating.

Regarding your questions on how realistic it is. According to official sources they worked together with scientists and tried to be as close as possible to scientific results. The blackhole sequence is the one with the largest unknown, although they based it on actual theories.

Kip Thorne, a nobel prize winning astrophysicist, worked with them on the movie to keep things as accurate as possible, though some things are exaggerated for drama. The black hole is considered to be the most realistic (based on current knowledge) animation of a black hole ever made.

I love it when a movie basically tells you the plot right off the bat. In this case. In the opening scene, Murph says to Coop, “I thought you were the ghost.”

Kip's "dont make me--" just before he exploded is so heartbreaking and something that so many people, myself included, didn't notice the first time I saw this.
