  I love how absolutely dialed in and invested Jukka is. He looks like he’s about to attack and devour those drums. &nbsp;The passion is powerful to see.

  These are the best videos where its not just someone watching and mentioning obvious things or how they like the song but also go more in-depth in instruments / songwriting / music theory. Sharing knowledge, good job

  Thanks for giving Jukka (pronounced Yooka) his due! I was so sad when he left the band. He is the original drummer. But his health is more important. No one says much about the drummer. Glad he is getting recognition. He is so animated. Reminds me of Shannon Larkin of Godsmack. And I&apos;ve heard that he called his kit&quot; Red headed stepchild&quot;. You are very much missed Jukka!!!!!

  Wacken 2013 was one of their last concerts with original drummer Jukka Nevalainen. A couple more shows to finish this tour. Kai Hahto would come in the following summer, during the recording of their next album. Health issues were what made Jukka decide to step away, caused by severe insomnia. Kai would be made permanent in 2019 when Jukka decided he could never return to performing, but did continue with the band in management. Jukka played Tama, Kai plays Pearl. Love his toms in the build up to the operatic part. &apos;Storytime&quot; is an Anette era song, from the 2011 Imaginerum album. The operatic parts in the studio version, were dome solely with the choir as Anette is more of a pop/rock style singer, operatics aren&apos;t her strong suit. As you see, Floor is very good at them, and decided to join in.

  Jukka had to step aside due to bad insomnia. They are good friends with Kai though and it was easy to swap.

  I&apos;m sure a million commenters will have said this already, but yeah, this is Jukka, their original drummer. Kai is his mate and I believe was his tech. I love Kai, but have a real soft spot for Jukka and his personality behind the kit. I love his bopping and crouching like he&apos;s about to spring out over the whole kit. Both amazing drummers and Kai had big shoes to fill which he did.

  In the whole Wacken 2013 concert the band is in one omega pocket. Perfect from start to finish. This concert is easily in the top 10 band concert performances of all time. Nightwish is Music.
