Thank you for all your support, knowledge and information. I am a 64 year old female Canadian who just finished walking the Camino Frances solo on June 9th of 2026. It was one of the best and challenging experiences of my life. I used many of your videos to help me prepare and really appreciated your insights.

I'm from France, 67 years old, and I did my first camino two years ago when I was retired. I did the camino francès from my home... Bayonne. On September, the 9th, I will walk on portuguese caminho , I will mix coastal and central and I will finish in Fisterra via Muxia 😉. Thank you for your precious help to organize my projects !

Los Angeles - Camino Portuguese Coastal Route (via Tui, long story!); started in Porto on 7 June and entered Santiago on 21 June. I love your videos!!! Couple things.... you are correct in that most of the people I met were solo female pilgrims, more than men. I attempted to use your sponsor but unfortunately, it did not work for me as I could not get it to translate to English. I attempted several times and even sent a message with no luck. I then used the Buen Camino App and it was perfect for me.... regarding pilgrims along the way, in Portugal along the boardwalk, there were times I wouldn't see a single pilgrim for hours, only locals. I'd get to a cafe and see 1 or 2 pilgrims. It wasn't until my 3rd day that I began to see more pilgrims and once I crossed over to Spain. Every day was filled with lots of pilgrims...

U.S.A just walked in June and July. Finished on July 10th started in Saint Jean on June 5th. Wasn’t crowded at all until Sarria. Asked someone working in a bar or albergue almost daily to see if less people are walking this time of year because of the World Cup and everyone said yes it’s definitely less crowded this summer.
