  Unit 2 is definitely the better of the two, the extra 50 Bucks for all the additional Floorspace and the ability to separate the Kitchen from the Living Area is well worth it, also that blue Tiling is gorgeous.

  Being an elderly person and having lived in studio apartments before, the second apartment is really nice and inexpensive and perfect.   Would love to live here.

  You are so correct, the second apartment has an old-school charm, which suits a lot of people.  Plus, being so close to the river makes it a good location for morning walks and gentle exercise.  The rental seems so cheap; I can't even get a parking space near me for less than double that!

  Average hotels cost this much or more for one night.<br>The second one is great to me. I like the separation between the kitchen and living area. I think a small cafe table and chair could fit in the kitchen area, too. Plus, three minutes to the station. <br><br>I know many people do not like the toilet within the shower area. But, I could really manage it.

  I really like the 2nd apartment. &nbsp;It reminds me of our home in Korea in the 70s. &nbsp;We had closest like that we kept our bedding in. &nbsp;Every night we would lay them out on the floor, the whole family slept in the same room. &nbsp;In the morning pack it back into the closet, and the room becomes a living room once again. &nbsp;Very old fashioned. &nbsp;We were kind of poor. &nbsp;But back then, everyone in Korea was poor.

  While #2 is a great little apartment, I think #1 for the price is not bad at all. Yeah, it&apos;s small, but it is nice. I hope your leg gets better soon, buddy! Best of luck to you!

  It&apos;s much different than the rent I pay in Mass US. Here you get 300 sq ft for 1500.
