  Honestly, for what we usually see, I feel like this is pretty big for the price. I’d honestly go for this. Turn the tatami room into my bedroom with a nice futon. Get a nice rolling chair for the underloft so I don’t hit my head, and turn it into a gaming, recording, and work area. And the other bedroom can be a guest space

  Maybe one thing to bring along if you have room of course, a tape measurer to give us certain dimensions like the height of that underloft for example. Very interesting but my back and knees could never endure that. 🤣

  This has to be the most unique apartment you’ve shown so far. I think it’s really cool and I’m jealous of all the storage space.

  I adore this apartment, which has so much room and so many good points that even at that price, it still seems good value. &nbsp;The tatami room would make an ideal dining area with a kotatsu or chabudai, as it&apos;s so close to the kitchen area. <br>I would turn the underloft room into a bedroom. I&apos;m only short, and 90% of the time I&apos;m in a bedroom, I&apos;m lying down, so the height of the room wouldn&apos;t matter. &nbsp;The bedroom I&apos;d have as a home office, as it has a window with a view and I could daydream, whilst I&apos;m supposed to be working - but shsss, &nbsp;don&apos;t tell the boss!<br>Another bonus for me is the close proximity to a drink vending machine, for midnight cravings for bottles of fizzy pop!

  I don&apos;t know if you remember, but you used to have a little theme song that played in the background of your videos. Well my wife and I just got back from Japan. While we were there we stayed in a tiny little apartment in ikebukuro. On the elevator in that apartment building, that song that you used to play would play all the time! We shared a look every time we got in the elevator😂 we love that song

  Wow. I&apos;d rent this one in a hot minute. It&apos;s so bright and spacious. And the neighborhood is so calming and open. Love it.

  You could sublet the room under the stairs out to a dwarf a japanese grandma or golem.

  I&apos;d live there in a heartbeat. Tatami gets a futon and becomes my sleep space. Lower area is an art studio. The under loft becomes a nice side business as storage lockers for clothes horses.
