  My late hubby was a firefighter and said - never live above the 11th floor because the ladders do not go any higher I couldn&apos;t live there. I would want a separate bedroom and more storage space.

  I feel the outdoors could. be supremely elevated in beauty by planting lots of trees because otherwise that looks so desolate and hideous

  Here in Finland a studio apartment in a new building would be roughly the same, with some differences: Lighter color schemes, slightly different styling here and there, a walk-in shower, a dedicated space for a washing machine (probably in the space which is taken by the tub here), and a cabinet under the sink to maximize storage. Probably no walk-in closet, but a row of closets in the entrance corridor. The rent would be higher in Helsinki area, most likely equal elsewhere in Finland. To have this open view would be very rare - usually newly built areas are built really tight and all the view you get is surrounding buildings.<br>Thanks for the tour!
