This and so many other reasons is why I believe Disney is the master of marketing. Everything there convinces you that you need to be there. The “Christmas morning” style architecture idea is a great example of that. <br>It’s a good lesson that marketing isn’t just making a flyer/commercial. It’s building a brand through feeling.<br>(My favorite way to study marketing is going to the parks lol)

Great episode. I was wondering if even the smaller attractions have their own "Christmas morning" moments (BTW loved using the 1960 example of the Calico Mine Train at Knotts--a ride that Walt apparently was fascinated with and watched the construction of closely.) I'm obsessed with the Fantasyland dark rides and part of their charm is how they're done on such a small and "basic" scale--but are there examples there? I suppose at least at some parks the reveal of Neverland below in Peter Pan's Flight would be one...
