Last year I got rid of FIVE people because I started prioritizing myself. Really, if you're a respectful, selfless person with good intentions you need to be so careful. Put your energy into the right people and don't forget you can't pour from an empty cup!

I was the toxic friend and everything she saying I needed to hear soooo bad. My best friend cut me off because of a boundary I crossed with her and I understand now. This just encourages me to continue with inner work and healing myself so I can show up better for my current bestfriend and future friendships ♥️

One tip: always express yourself when you're with friends. Say stuff like "I don't think talking this negatively is good for us", you might actually make them realize certain things. If there is no change or respect for boundaries tho, don't tolerate that.
