  I hate the whole "everything fun is cringe" thing the new generation has. Nowadays it's like having a personality and being happy is cringe. It's so sad.

  There is one simple solution: GET OFF OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND LIVE YOUR LIFE! Stop following trends, stop behaving like influencers, stop caring what other people think. Get off all of it- it is killing you!

  I do remember my personality disappearing when I got really thin. I didn’t laugh for about 6 months and I never thought I would feel normal again and now I really try to express myself and have energy in interactions because it was miissserable not feeling like a person. I think you genuinely die a little.

  I’ll never get over the Serena Williams Ozempic ad. She says she’s “healthier than ever” on the drug. If an olympic athlete isn’t healthy enough, who is?

  Sexualization of children.....we as women are expected to become smaller, frailer, &nbsp;innocent, dainty, almost uneducated needing guidance, &nbsp;needing direction just like children...to become pure unsulied innocent. &nbsp; &nbsp;Meanwhile actual children are exposed to disgusting content, encourage to dress a &quot;certain way&quot; &nbsp;....at 1st it does look like it&apos;s aimed purely at women...taking us down a notch we&apos;ve entered the male world to much for their liking....but I think its largely disguised as this, &nbsp; <br>There&apos;s more to all this that meets the eye.... There&apos;s more things going on deep down and some we dont want to mentally register because it&apos;s far to disturbing, &nbsp; I know this world, this era has gotten very dark, &nbsp; we are being slowly pushed, &nbsp;slowly &nbsp;indoctrinated in certain directions, &nbsp;and most can&apos;t see it, most refuse to see it. And if they speak out....they&apos;re torn down ...WE are encouraged to tear them down
