To answer your question, yes, it's a very sibling type relationship. We playfully tease and make fun of and hate on each other, but under the surface we really like each other (and we may get defensive if someone else tries to make fun of our fellow Nordics lol)

10C feels cold when summer is transitioning over to autumn. 10C feels warm when winter is transitioning over to spring 🤷‍♂

Iceland is not a forgotten younger brother; it is Norway's rebelliously reasonable child. We leave them alone, but they are never forgotten and highly beloved. In fact, we once translated our Fooball Anthem to Icelandic to chear them on in the championship. Notice their flag is the opposite of ours. :)

We have a great system with travels to get cheaper alcohol. Norway goes to Sweden, Sweden goes to Denmark and Denmark goes to Germany.

the best way to describe the nordic countries are as a group of siblings, we fight, we make fun of each other and so on but the second a non-nordic country talks shit about one of us we stand united against that country

When spring comes and it's sunny, people sit outside in t-shirts eating, drinking beer and have a lovely time when it's 10°

Sweden now got 7 wins in the Eurovision ...

Danish is not so much of a language as a noise ... of some kind ...

Sweden and Denmark are the two countries in the world that has fought most wars between them. But about 200 years ago we all kind of got tired of it all and decided to live peacefully and just make fun of each other instead.

Sweden received a lot of Danish refugees during WWII. Both resistance members about to be arrested, and the large majority of the Danish Jews. The rescue of the Jews would have been entirely impossible without Swedish acceptance.
