  Non black folks act like they need the most physically violent and &quot;blatant&quot; antiblackness for it to be real. Even when it is blatant it is still made excuses for, or the offender is infantilized while the victims are expected to &quot;be strong and forgive&quot; and move on. Disgraceful.<br><br>Antiblackness is woven into the fabric of society.

  I went to a hip hop club in Korea.... Everyone in the club shouted the n word and my friend was the only black girl in that place. Secondhand embarrassment 😭 <br>I teach English bro all my students know that&apos;s not ok to say.

  Fatou, a Senegalese member from BLACKSWAN (a multinational Kpop girl group) has constantly called out the antiblackness and racism in kpop industry and fandoms bully her nonstop to keep quiet. Some even go far telling her to k!ll herself even though she had dealt with su*cide from de*th threats, bullies and zero protection from her company. I want protection and safety for her because she deserve better.

  A major contributor to the perpetuation of the Asian anti-black racism are the people who infantilize them. I’ve read and heard from too many people who say that Asian culture is sooo different they couldn’t possibly understand what they’re doing. <br><br>So let me get this straight: they spend years upon years immersing themselves in black music and our aesthetics but somehow never managed to come across the topic of racism? The thing that’s practically infused into our music/art? Yeah, okay. <br><br>They are not children and even if they were—children have a basic capacity to understand right from wrong, so miss me with that.
