  In the 1990s, three Universities did a deep-trawl through history and literature to discover the &quot;ideal&quot; human habitation, the place that is described or discovered to represent the &quot;perfect&quot; site to build on as far as our collective societies believe.<br>And the site always had trees nearby, with a river or lake &quot;below&quot; where the house was perched on the edge of a slope leading down to the water, with a view in three directions to the horizon.

  I like the idea of kinda sinking in your house into the ground, not only it&apos;s a great idea in general, but practical too in terms of protection from raids! Really nice video, keep it up!

  This is great for some early build ideas. I&quot;ve spent WAY too long on my initial starter home in 1.0 &nbsp;and I&apos;m still figuring out the core design, but whatever that&apos;s the fun of valheim

  It’s crazy to see the amazing level of detail here and then the grass still clipping through the floor. &nbsp;You would think this would be fixed by now.
