  comfort maxing;<br>-hearth 2 (other fireplaces 1)<br>-wolf/lox/bear/moose rug 2 (other rugs 1)<br>-long heavy/round table 2 (other tables 1)<br>-throne (any type) 3 (chairs 2, benches 1)<br>-dragon bed 2 (other beds 1)<br>-jute curtain (blue or red) 2 (banners 1)<br>-flower garland/fey lights 1<br>-hot tub 2<br>-lava lantern 2 (or dvergr lantern 1)<br>-pot (any) 1<br>-armor stand 1<br>-maypole 1 (seasonal/found naturally spawned)<br>-yule tree 1 (seasonal)<br>the last 2 comfort comes from base comfort<br>for a max of 22 / 24 with seasonal items<br>hope this helps anyone intrested in maxing out comfort.<br>*got the comfort 22 for that sweet 29min buff... just gotta wait for christmas to be able to build the yule tree and summer fir maypole... aint no way im gonna move my base just so i can find a naturally spawned maypole😂

  It&apos;s touched on with stagger but I&apos;d argue that the parry mechanic itself is one of the most vital in the game behind the rested buff.<br>Understanding when to block to get the perfect parry can be the difference between winning a fight and death. However also understanding when to dodge instead of trying to parry is just as important to avoid being staggered yourself.<br>This became even more vital after the Call to Arms update as now performing a perfect parry or dodge rewards you with stamina.

  A weather overhaul would be nice. Could still be on some kind of schedule, but apply as moving weather zones, rather than locked to the biomes. Then you could potentially see the fog/storm ahead instead of suddenly being in the middle of it. xD

  Since a successful parry always staggers an enemy, I always valued parries over dodges. &nbsp;Getting good at dodging does make it easier to avoid most damage, but a good parry with enough health and good enough blocking stats on a weapon or shield will guarantee a stagger on whatever hits you.<br><br>I personally prefer using a faster weapon alongside a shield, with my preferred shields being bucklers since they are able to parry stronger attacks than other types of shield of the same tier in spite of being worse at general damage-blocking. &nbsp;It allows for an aggressive play style, starting on the offensive then usually being able to parry enemy attacks that wind up during my short attack animation. &nbsp;It may not seem like too powerful a play style when you&apos;re early in the game since it starts so easy that you hardly need to worry about blocking at all, but being able to parry a wolf then burst it down with a spear before you start mining silver makes a difference.

  Best way to fight the abomination 7is indeed equiping your axe and hug its upper right leg (stays on the &nbsp;right of it, your right) when that leg is lifted for a hit just stop hitting and way for it to come back on the ground. The only danger in fighting that way is your surounding terrain (but that&apos;s always the highest danger in the swamp anyway ^^)
