  Apart from Abuse and Extatica 2, I&apos;ve played all of these as a kid. And I agree, Chasm doesn&apos;t get enough love. It&apos;s a great game.

  I remember trying &quot;Chasm: The Rift.&quot; I think it was a demo on a PC Gamer disc. It was the first FPS that I remember playing where actually had to change my aim vertically as well as horizontally. (In other games, even if enemies moved up and down, shooting in their general direction was usually good enough to hit them.) There were bugs or spiders that attacked me, and it took me far too long to figure out how to target them.

  Maybe is cause I grew up mainly with PC magazines from the 90s but I remember the consensus being the opposite, that PC games had all the blood and nudity while the consoles especially Nintendo were the censored too family friendly ones.

  I think the vast majority of 90&apos;s PC gamers knew for a fact that Doom, Quake, Rise of the Triad, Mortal Kombat II, Wolfenstein 3D and probably Carmageddon as well as Blood existed.
