  Yep she broke up with me 100+ times. She would scream she hated me and wished she never met me while being violent and throwing me out and then moments later my phone would start blowing up, “where’d you go?” “I need you” “we should be laying in bed making love right now” “why can’t love win?” and so on and so on and I’d go back thinking it could be different only be be destroyed further and lose more and more of myself each time I went back. It never got better. Only worse, more hurtful, more violent, more dangerous and more confusing. She used to apologize in the beginning but after she knew she had me hooked the apologies stopped and some how I was always the one apologizing to keep the peace and to get her to “allow” me to be in her life. 😢

  I've always had this suspicion that my ex was both a covert narcissist and a borderline. She had the traits that you described clearly. It feels good to be finally free from her, but there is still an emptiness and a deep sadness that what I had with her, the woman I fell in love with never existed.

  Borderlines tend to suddenly expose their insanity quicker than the narcissist. Complete shifts in extreme emotions can happen in a heartbeat for no known reason. Narcissists are all about their false image. With them everything is acting and schemes for manipulation. So far the ones that I've known of both types had forms of abandonment by their mothers. This wasn't all the same. But their early development was in destructive parenting situations. This is only what I've observed and know as examples. It's far to complicated to accurately outline here in a few sentences.

  This is a two way road. When she cares, you care but when she hates you … you dislike her a lot. She’s always the victim, she’s always in a “good” mood but you ruin it, she’s always the one everyone thinks is so sweet and you’re the villain, and once you have so much contempt built inside, she comes back and tries to reset everything by treating you as a hero, as the best man in the world and the best person ever in her life. This is such a roller coaster of emotions. We are the ones that always lose and our mental state gets worse each time they go through this cycle.

  So glad you’ve been doing this series on BPD-NPD co-morbidity because this is exactly what I experienced with my ex. I’ve watched all of your videos on BPD and NPD and while those were helpful, there were still some missing pieces. This series is filling in those missing pieces.

  I came to conclusion of that; There are people in this world that are broken from start to finish. They have an endless thirst of soul. They need to consume every bit of you to feel valuable. When you run out of you and your value, they start to guilt trip you and left you with blame. There is nothing we can do about it. We should learn and look for signs in the next people. <br><br>I was a cool guy before her. Used to laugh at things, building from scratch without hesitation over and over again. Then she came. I&apos;ve had my first panic attack in my life at 6th year. Then discard came and never experienced such a loss and abandonment. My self esteem crushed. It took me 6 months to build it again. My finances went full nuclear. 6 months later I am still feeling like being ran over by a Truck. Now I am experienced. Just wishing to stay away from those people. Either Npd Or Bpd. Those people should stay the hack away from anyone. They can&apos;t produce meaningfull interhuman relationships. They do no good.
