This was surely a profound spiritual experience for everyone in attendance--including the band.

So glad you did the live version of On the Turning Away -- my all-time favorite Pink Floyd song. All of the people on that stage were masters of their craft -- David Gilmour, Richard Wright, Nick Mason, Tim Renwick, the backing singers Machan (Margaret) Taylor, Durga McBroom, Rachel Fury, and many others. Absolute perfection.

Saw them 6 times so far. First time was 1971. Last time was Rome 2024. These guys were the head of the music chain. Beautiful music always. Took my son to Rome to see and hear Pink Floyd, Gilmour, and he loved it. Bless them. Wow

Saw them on the Division Bell tour in 1994. Yeah their shows are a pretty religious experience. Took my dad to it and it was his very first concert ever and he instantly wanted to go on tour.

One of the best songs I've ever experienced live. Rachel Fury, Machan Taylor, and Durga McBroom blew me away.

Thank you for the reaction, Steven! I was never fortunate enough to see PF live, but one guy who I worked with for a few months told me he saw the band live in Montreal. He tried to get to the front of the stage but he couldn't make it so he crawled up in one of the speakers and wound up not being able to hear for the next three days!
