  Instead of halfing your recipe, make two half sized pans and throw one in the freezer. Toss it in the fridge to thaw the night before you want to use it, then you have a good busy day dinner. Cook once, eat twice.

  My grandma peeled an apple in one peel. I used to love to watch her do it. And it was only peel no apple wasted.

  The bruschetta chicken is definitely a win! When I make it I add some chopped zucchini in the bottom layer and then sprinkle some mozzarella between the stuffing and chicken layer... elevates it to a whole other level!

  In all my days, I’m 64, I have never seen anyone peel an apple top to bottom instead of around. Interesting! Whatever works😍

  A tip for thyme is to bundle it and tie it with twine or even a sprig of thyme. Throw it into your dish. As it cooks it will flavor and some of the leaves will fall off. Remove the bundle before serving.<br><br>Dishes look and sound great. I love stuffing. Stove top is nostalgic, but will either make from scratch or pepperidge farms to save a little time.

  This year I did apple pie fillings for the freezer and went with the potato peeler. I’ll never go back to using a knife. Easy peezy and less apple waste.

I know how much you all like meat loaf so I thought I&apos;d share the recipe for mini meat loafs I use since it uses stuffing mix.<br>2 eggs<br>1 pound ground beef<br>1 box of stuffing mix<br>1/2 cup water<br>1/2 cup tomato ketchup<br>Bbq sauce for topping meatloaf <br><br>Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).<br><br>In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, ground beef, stuffing mix, water, and tomato ketchup. Mix thoroughly.<br><br>Form the mixture into mini meatloaves and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Brush each meatloaf with bbq sauce.<br>Bake 25-30 mins

  When I make tater tot hot dish I always use a full can cream of celery and a can of cream of mushroom . Cream of celery is always good in recipes

  Mandy, I&apos;ve never met a good recipe I wasn&apos;t willing to fiddle with 😁 so, I saute a half a white onion and 8 ounces of mushrooms, then add them to the broccoli and chicken. Yummy!<br>I would make a bit of brown gravy to go on top of the cassarole. Turkey, stuffing, and brown gravy are a must together.

  If you like raisins or dried cranberries you can add them to the sausage and apple stuffing recipe
