Those fires are operator error for not cleaning out the fire pot and the barrel. People cook on it leaving all that grease which catches fire. Clean your smoker!

I bought a Cuisinart pellet and gas combo 7 years ago and it still works. Early issues were resolved by their support team and they shipped me replacement parts. $500 for 2 grills in one package.

Had my Z-Grill now for 4 years and only problem I had with it was I failed to deep clean it before a big cook and caused an auger fire, pulled the meat out, cleared out the auger and vacuumed the pit and reset, no problems since and I clean it every 4 cooks or after a brisket. Also I’ve never used trager pellets.

I had a green mountain smoker. It was ugly, and wouldn’t keep temp. Now I got a rectec. Super happy with it, lpts of stainless steel and it’s sharp looking!

I just hit 1000 hours in 14 months on my Recteq Flagship. Gave it a deatailed cleaning and everything looks like I bought it weeks ago. Only complaint is the cover started to come apart at the seems. Contacted support and I still had two weeks on the warranty so they shipped me a new one days later. Would definenitely recommend 👍

I own a Zgrill 700 series now for.4 years and love it. Always within 5 degrees of its.setting. Temp swings when I open it but it recovers quickly. Vacuum out the hopper between cooks, use quality pellets and store inside. It has never given me any issues. Maintain your grill! I see no need.to.spend a fortune on a pellet grill!
