CRISPY RULES! 😂 I enjoy crisp textured peanut butter cookie versus a chewy. Dunk that into a cold glass of milk and YUM!

Ahhhhhhhh! I have been looking for this recipe for years! I used to make these when I was about 10 years old. My mom had a Betty Crocker cook book that I was determined to wear out. Thank you so much for bringing back such good memories

If you put the shortening in the cup before the peanut butter, the peanut butter comes out easier with a small spatula.
