  These are some of my favorite. I love history and sometimes I get too locked in on facts, so stories about what is served at saloons is perfect to fall asleep to. Because I can just listen and feel I’m there. Thanks for helping me fight my adhd and insomnia.

  It&apos;s 12:12 pm and I&apos;ve got an exam at 8:00 am tomorrow. Back to bed early tonight! I really do love what you do here. It&apos;s the only thing I&apos;ve found that&apos;s been able to silence my thoughts long enough for me to actually get comfortable and feel tired. Thank you!
