Heya Dion (hope I got your name right), I struggle with severe anxiety and sometimes I wake up at night gasping for air. Whenever it happens I just go to your profile and play any video. I listen to it and it always helps, your voice is so soothing. Just showing some support and appreciation from a Polish living in Ireland!

Living another person's life in my mind, even if that life is terribly full of hardship, is an escape from my own troubles. For six hours tonight, I get to forget my own world, my distress, my anxiety. Thank you for this incredible gift. ❤️

Hey Dion. I struggle with sleeping and your channel really helps. I'm in a nursing home in fort Worth Texas and your tone of voice helps with the constant noise and outbursts here. Thanks

You really know what the people like 😌 I'm not an insomniac but I have very loud thoughts and having something soothing, interesting and appealing to the history nerd is so so appreciated when I'm trying to get settled enough to sleep. Thanks so much for being so thoughtful.

Algorithm boost: goodnight from Kissimmee, Florida, USA

A little down tonight. I find this series interesting, so it’s cool to get the compilation, but it’s also a very good way to practice gratitude. Exactly what I needed tonight. Thank you, Dion & Co.
