  Washington, D.c - 3:56 am. I struggle with insomnia due to chronic anxiety and I just want to say, your videos have made me actually look forward to going to bed. even if it takes me a while to fall asleep, I can lay and daydream about how it was to live in these times. It’s made me excited to get to bed, rather than dread it. So, again, thank you!

  Lyon, France 2:17 am.<br>I have crippling insomnia and I can’t ever have a good sleep schedule for the life of me.<br>These videos help me turn my brain off, although I’m always confused when I wake up and the topic has changed.
