I hate these GLPS. It’s a terrible horror film. Big pharma marketing “hey guys, no need to change all the terrible food habits and addictions you have, just take this shot for the rest of your life that cost 1k a month and keep eating your pizza and McDonald’s”. This is very appealing. Telling people “hey you need to make changes to your comfort eating, walk and be proactive and your health” is not appealing to most. That requires effort. So many just take the shot thinking it’s some miracle drug. They end up in a much worse position, with less muscle and even more unhealthy when their insurance drops their GLP coverage, losing muscle & gaining more fat. Their composition is worse, metabolic damage & zero habit changes. It’s so sad. Big pharma is getting rich selling bullshit.

I would take lower insulin lower blood pressure and stop drinking over constipation and slow gut. IMHO
