  So part of the radical shift in decorations is to jolt the owners and staff out of their broken routine. It is basically a hard visual reset to the mind that things need to change and bad habits need to be abandoned.

  If I were to make something called sushi pizza and as someone who is Italian. I would probably make a flatbread, put a little bit of rice on top of it with very thin slices of salmon, hey could either be raw or be smoked. and then put a couple garnishes of green onion and I think people would actually like that. I’d probably make a special sauce with soy sauce, mayonnaise, and a little a bit of horseradish sauce, so you can dip the pizza in

  You know... I think I remember someone pointing out that like 70% of the businesses he tries to help, end up closed within 3 years, like he sucks at this or something. I feel the need to point out that he only goes to businesses that are basically about to close down, anyway. He gives them another chance, when they&apos;re on their last leg. But sometimes, that&apos;s not enough.
