  Here&apos;s what would&apos;ve made more sense:<br>Elsa self-isolates out of fear, and her parents work to help her not be afraid. They help coach her through her powers, assuring her that her hurting Anna was entirely accidental and not her fault. You know, like actual loving parents would do in this sort of situation!

  He is the catalyst for everything actually, the reason why Elsa became so emotionally unstable, why Anna became desperate for love, and then people flame me when I say Anna isn&apos;t at fault for immediately accepting a proposal right away

  Their parents may have good intentions at heart out their parental love for their two royal daughters of Arendelle. But Angarr’s decision to keep Elsa and Anna separate, and forcing Elsa to hide her powers has ultimately led to harmful, destructive results. Leaving the emotional isolation that makes the sisters suffered without emotional connections, as well as building fear and trauma Elsa had felt of her powers without giving proper guidance to control it. His strategy of &quot;conceal, don&apos;t feel&quot; severely damaged his daughters&apos; emotional well-being. And creating a self-fulfilling prophecy where King &nbsp;Angarr has created the exact environment of fear that had &nbsp;led to the kingdom rejecting Elsa when her icy powers were finally exposed at her coronation in the first film.

  The troll that wiped Anna&apos;s memories said &quot;fear will be your enemy&quot; to Elsa, and Agnar took that as a challenge to traumatize her as much as possible tbh.

  I remember there&apos;s a deleted scene in Frozen 2 where Agnarr and Iduna said they were going to tell Anna the truth when they get back while they&apos;re on the boat. I think that may have done the parents&apos; characters justice even if just a little bit since I really doubt Disney wanted to flesh them out in the first film.

  Come to think of it, why did they agree to wipe Anna&apos;s Memories in the first place? Wouldn&apos;t she do better by learning from the danger for next time?

  His wife is no better for keeping secrets. Also I suspect she may have been messing with things she was not supposed to. (I seriously never understood why she married the guy with all the lies and secrets she had to keep)

  I understand they were worried about their daughter. Not being able to control her powers. But the way they handled it was not cool. They separated the sisters. And taught Elsa how to be ashamed of herself. I even met his voice actor. Is he basically said the same thing. Good intentions but the way they went about it was not good

  NGL, I really hate how the sequel goes the extra mile to exonerate Iduna but does nothing for Agnarr. I&apos;d argue having him alive would&apos;ve made a stronger story for the dynamic between his daughters.

  I adore Alfred Molina and even HE couldn&apos;t make this character likable in ANY way. &nbsp;Molina is the one who made me adore and feel sympathy for Doc Ock, so that says a lot. &nbsp;Agnarr&apos;s backstory could never make him anywhere near Doc Ock levels of sympathy. &nbsp;I just want to punch him for the way he treated BOTH his daughters. &nbsp;Makes me surprised his kingdom lasted as long as it did. &nbsp;That kingdom should have fallen with how crap it was run.

  First rule of leadership, everything is your fault. The King along with his Queen are at fault for giving their daughters a passive abusive life. The second film did nothing to redeem them. <br>What should&apos;ve happened was that before they died, they realize the error of their ways with their daughters, tell them the truth and other positive aspects. Then one sea trip later the king and queen die leaving the sisters shocked and with unresolved situations.

  What a new creative new gaslighting technique by hiding your past and do nothing about your people for years and somehow pass it off as a fairytale that cames with a book.<br>And I thought rick and morty jumping into a new universe when they mass up everything up was f&amp;^ked up.
