  When I left the narcissist I found myself sleeping a lot, like my neurological system was realigning. &nbsp;I realize I was being drained spiritually. &nbsp;My faith in our Creator helped restore me. &nbsp;I can see how dark they are now.

  Go girl, you broke it down expertly. This is a true fact. Every time I see my ex narc she looks malnourished. Like she’s getting worse and worse. And has been hoovering me like crazy. We know why; she’s starving. But when I was with her she looked vibrant though she was so evil. I know this is true. I was keeping her youthful through my energy. Just like a blood sucking vampire. And I was always exhausted! This is not a myth. 👊🏽🌹

  My Marc (malignant + narc) completely fell to pieces when I left. The decline was insane! He looked dreadful after only 6 months!!

  Once you realize your need to be &quot;kind&quot; to validate your worth is the wound that put you there, you start to treat people accordingly and stop accepting anything. When I healed &nbsp;I figured out it is usually not just the partner or a narcissist that you have formed bad relationships with. Change yourself and the world around you will change. I&apos;m living it. God bless. I pray you heal.

  they weaponise our compassion - This actually links into Archons and Gnosticism. have a look into it, because it even makes sense of the Epstein files. Egregoires and reality Transurfing, also looks into this. We are in spiritual warfare and narcs are the ground workers

  I&apos;m 45. Been with the narc for over 20 years. I have aged; I pray that once I&apos;m free, I can heal. &nbsp;I pray the negative effects can be reversed. &nbsp;Understanding what has happened to us can be a shock to our system.   My narc has been arrested for cocaine , finally she is in jail and I have had total peace for the last 8 days, thank you GOD, because I have not been able to escape the trauma bond, She has caused me so much grief over the past 3 yrs , I have been in hospital for stroke and just torture from this evil demon, thank you nelly for all your help, my ex narc hopefuly will get a couple mounts in jail, maybe just maybe I can rebuild myself and never see her again but the bond is strong and keeps remembering the good times, and they were full on lovebomb to the top, but she is a total evil demon, I do hope she goes to prison, she mite, she got busted with alot of drugs, but i feel so happy this past 8 days of no contact, made easy by her being in jail

  I saw this in the narcissist that I was with before I left. She was looking her age after I left. She obviously hooked up with the new supply and I’m not kidding. She looked about 20 years younger. I also noticed something else in each photograph of the narcissist she looks the same but slightly different if that makes any sense so the features are the same but somehow she looks different. I believe that’s because they take on the looks of their victim to a certain degree as well this is truly demonic.
