  I carried an M-60. You most certainly could run and gun with it. The gun weighs 23 lbs empty. The weight alone mitigates the &quot;heavy recoil&quot;.<br> At most you will gas out just trying to run with a 23 pound machine gun.

  It is actually really easy to dual wield ARs. And it&apos;s even more fun than it looks.<br><br>The AR platform has extremely light recoil. So one-handing one is entirely possible with little issue. And yes, I&apos;ve done it.

  Another guy here, that carried the Pig, and was issued an M16-E2. &nbsp;The people that wrote this script are clueless. &nbsp;You can hold the M16 on your crotch and shoot it. &nbsp;Or your forehead…as our drill sergeants demonstrated. Seriously…almost zero recoil. &nbsp;And the M60 is LITERALLY designed to be shoulder fired…and it is LITERALLY supposed to be fired in short bursts, that is the actual correct method for being accurate, conserving ammo and keeping your barrel from overheating.

  You&apos;re lack of parctical fire arms experience is very obvious. &nbsp;You made seveal mistakes. &nbsp;Not the lest of which is that the recoil on an M16A1 would absolutely NOT &quot;rip it out of his hand&quot;. &nbsp;Not on his worst day.

  I&apos;m sorry what? &nbsp;the recoil would throw an ar style rifle out of your hands??? tell me you have never fired one of these without telling me you never fired one of these. &nbsp;you realize they make ar style PISTOLS which fire the same round and are fired one hand right?
