A huge thank you. I have been in the nursery on Sundays for four years and Scripture Central has been my second hour. I really appreciate it. It makes serving in the nursery be ok when I know I can study with your "class" later. I really appreciate your knowledge. I've learned so much.

I have so enjoyed this year’s study of the Doctrine and Covenants! I think I have enjoyed this year more than any other D&C year. Thanks for doing this podcast. It makes me cheer every time a new episode shows up in my feed. 😃

One of the frustrations of history is that certain voices are preserved, while others disappear. We can listen to 19th century church members who enthusiastically supported plural marriage. But were there others in the church who didn’t support it, who felt it harmful? I’d love to hear from them as well. But in any case, I appreciate your discussion and putting things in historical context.

I must admit that at the beginning of the year, I was really missing Tyler and Taylor, and I frequently went back to their older material. HOWEVER, over the year I have grown very fond of your teaching style and honest dialogue, including your challenges to each other and to us. I have come to appreciate your insights and willingness to say ‘I don’t know!’ And your clarity when sharing your opinions vs revealed doctrine exposition. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR EFFORT AND INSIGHTS! <br>BTW, I’m with Casey on the future return to Jackson County area.😊

One of my religion professors at BYU told us how one of his ancestors had his church membership withdrawn on paper so he could serve as a mayor in Idaho during the crackdown on plural marriage, with his blessings restored when he completed his tenure so the Saints could have some form of self government.
