  Biggest problem is a lot of shops don’t do demos. Demo is the best way to choose a racket. U need to play with it to decide

  a impressive 2 year veteran here. just pic a random racket (as a beginner) its gonna hit the floor a lot. just play, enjoy, learn and become a pro.

  I appreciate the effort to help consumers find the best racket for their game. However, this is a good example of the disconnect between people who have knowledge of how a racket&apos;s specs affect its performance, and the professional players who use these rackets on the tour. Although the pros can explain what works for them, I&apos;ve seen too many struggle to explain how it actually works for the lay person. While I agree with some of what was covered, there is quite a bit that I disagree with, and a couple of things that are just not true. <br><br>Control and Feel do not have to be mutually exclusive with Power and Spin, especially not with the market we have today. The rackets used as examples already contradict what was said in this segment. The Pure Strike — assuming that was the 16x19 — has similar power levels to the Speed MP; it just goes about it in a different way. One could also argue that the Speed MP has better feel than the Pure Strike, or most Babolat rackets, unfortunately. A lot of rackets these days do a decent job of trying to bridge the gaps between all four, like the Percept 100, or the aforementioned Speed MP. <br><br>Additionally, a larger headsize does not make a racket less stable. I think this is a misconception that came about from companies selling rackets in larger headsizes (over 100 inches) exclusively in lighter weights. At the same weight, a larger headsize might actually help with stability, but even that is not always the case. To be more specific, it would help with torsional stability, which helps the racket twist less on off-center contact. We&apos;d be getting into the weeds here, but larger headsizes tend to have higher twistweights than smaller headsizes. Rackets with smaller headsizes might feel more stable to advanced players because those rackets also tend to be heavier.<br><br>The simplest way to explain swingweight while also trying to sound smart is how much of the racket&apos;s mass is closer or farther away from the handle. The swingweight of a racket is not necessarily a combination of the weight and balance; two rackets with the same weight and balance can have significantly different swingweights. What I always suggest to players is that they use highest swingweight they possibly can that would not exhaust them over a full match, or that wouldn&apos;t have a significant impact on how they swing their racket. This is the spec that influences power more than a racket&apos;s string pattern, or headsize. If you can handle it, there&apos;s no reason you shouldn&apos;t use it. <br><br>I mean no disrespect with my comments. I appreciate the work done on this channel to help people get a little more insight into the world of Tennis that we otherwise wouldn&apos;t be able to see. Moreso than that, I really appreciate a pro player&apos;s input on new rackets coming to the market with your reviews. I just wanted to clear some things up for people who might watch this video and are looking to buy a new racket. Despite playtesting a ton of rackets, I think the reason you you haven&apos;t been made aware of some of this stuff is because you&apos;ve been too busy playing Tennis at the professional level. So busy, in fact, that it looks like you&apos;re not so sure of your own racket&apos;s specs. I think that it&apos;s just harder for professional players to explain how something works to us mortals because they focus more on what works for them, even if it doesn&apos;t necessarily line up with how it actually works. Exceptions are made for the exceptional, and your Tennis is definitely exceptional.

  Love you grisha. Ur an amazing guy, keep it going. Only one thing I think u miss and I consider quite important when choosing a racket. The beam width. In my opinion not only affects significantly the feel and control it gives you, it also affects the speed at which you can swing through the air. Appreciate your point of view on this🙏
