Before Ren you wouldn't have found me within 100m of 90's HipHop, or DnB, or electronic music in general... But with Ren, all that changed. I don't care what he puts out, it is always worth a listen (or 100) and I always find myself enjoying whatever he does...

I've said it before, but this series of videos deserves to be compiled into a single short film and submitted to the Oscars. It's an example of art in many forms.

FYI - If you go to Ren's renmakesstuff YT channel you can watch what Ren dropped yesterday "Vincent's Tale (First Day)". It's a full on dramatization of Vincent's story part 1 after the arrest and you find out WHO Vincent killed and how the media is reacting to it. It's a freaking incredible commentary on today's society. Also, Part 2 of the added dramatization is set to drop today at 2:00pm. Plus, the next music video installment is tomorrow on Thursday 29th, "Vincent's Tale -Starry Night" Enjoy✌

As a trauma therapist I find comfort in Ren shining a realistic spotlight on people's struggles and intergenerational trauma. It's refreshing to see someone who gets it and portrays it. Your reaction was wonderful, thank you again for sharing your own creativity through this platform.

The tone changes in Richard's tale represents the stages of grief.

Remember in "Hi Ren" when you said "I'm an instant fan!". Well I'm an instant fan of your reactions! Amazing and deep analysis. Every time Ren has a new song out, I watch so many reactions and it feels like I'm watching Ren with friends. I usually want to make sure that everyone else is as amazed as I am. But your thoughts, details and knowledge give an extra layer <3

Excellent, thank you. Credit to Neil James, the actor who brought Richard to life, and made him a sympathetic character, with such insight.

Loved your reaction and experienced commentary on Ren's art! Haven't seen a lot of people talking about it, but the more I think about it, the more it seems to fit: Ren in all white is Screech's Ghost, following Richard around after his death. Also: a lot of people see the end as sort of tragic or sad, but I think Screech's Ghost helped Richard move on from his death, and then take a different path with Vincent. 💡
