  During this back and forth, Ren also was contscted by another producer who also got screwed overr by Kujo. To help him, Ren offered him the same 50/50 split deal that Kujo declined. The result was 'Money Ties' which, I'm sure, covered more than the guy's losses.

  Something I found rather interesting was that the “sinister strings” that lead into ‘Kujo Beatdown’ are strikingly reminiscent of the strings at the end of the James Brown song, ‘The Payback’, which happens to be a song about revenge.<br><br>Knowing that Ren has covered a few of James Brown’s songs, loves/studies all types/genres of music, and that he is very intentional with nearly every aspect of his art/music, I tend to believe that this was no coincidence! <br><br>And of course those kind of shrill and sinister strings add so much to the horror-esque vibe of the song/video! <br><br>Ren is a bloody genius!!!😂

  The summary you read is accurate. Ren put out a 20 minute video that explains this situation step by step, with screen grabs and receipts. It&apos;s called &apos;Why Sick Boi was taken down&apos; And yes, both Kujo and his girlfriend publicly came after Ren, so both were fair game for this slap back.

  The guy playing Kujo is Rens friend, Kai. Kai shaved his head for this video. He is also the bass player &nbsp;in Rens Back on 74/Message in a bottle remake.

  The things is Kujo didn&apos;t even have to own the whole beat. &nbsp;He just had to disclose (to any purchaser) that a portion was unlicensed, so the purchaser could choose to make arrangement with the choir or not. &nbsp;Apparently it&apos;s pretty common (on Beatstar and others like it) because rarely does a song blow up to the point anyone would know (or care).

  My favourite line in Hi Ren is....hope is the voice that you hear when you loosen the noose of the rope. &nbsp;So for him to completely twist it into &quot;hope is the voice that can choke a bitch pale&quot; &nbsp;is brilliant.
