I’ve seen too many horror videos on lack of maintenance on HVAC systems. We had our system installed 10 years ago and have had it serviced every year. Some of my family say it’s not necessary to have yearly service, but I say it’s a $90 piece of mind. This Day & Night system is running strong. Keep up the great videos. Thank you for helping us keep our systems up and running.

Yes it was needing some TLC 😅 We got a couple inches out of the tropical storm here. Can't help but get a little uneasy when the forecast mentions tropical systems after Helene ! Have a good weekend!

I had those pipes in my old house. I found them doing some septic work. They were connecting the septic tank to the drain field.

Those were actual clay weaping tiles that used to go around foundation footings back in the day before modern perforated pipes. They would just be placed, carefully with pitch, side by side and the gaps between would allow the water in. Still dig them up today around many older homes.
