Chakotay said to Janeway in Scorpion the Borg had thousands of systems and millions of vessels.

The borg were farmers not conquers. They mapped the galaxy, found planets ready harvest, and left others to grow till they had technology worthy of harvesting.

Borg this and Borg that……. We need either a series or movie that actually shows how the Borg came into being. How the very first Borg was made.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Borg vessels passed through Earth space in ancient times, long before the federation even existed

It's a good thing. Picard defied starfleet's order for the Enterprise to stay patrolling the nutra zone or there wouldn't be a federation anymore. They wouldn't have been caught in the temporal wake to go back and change things to the way they should be

And Janeway went back in time to kill them by the trillions, after having 30 years to discover a means of mass liberation.

"Every dead soldier becomes one of theirs?"

Uh, no. The Borg aren't vampires or zombies, they aren't undead. When they kill people, those people stay dead. They can only assimilate the living.

In the Destiny book series 7000 borg cubes invaded the Alpha Quadrant and laid waste to entire worlds including Risa, Nausica and Deneva. An Alpha Quarant fleet (Federation / Klingons / Romulans / Cardassians / Ferengi / Tamarians / Nausicans / Tholians) took on the Borg and lost heavily.

Considering everything being said here the Borg are even more scary to mee then they allready were. Still i wonder something. If they assimilate species, they alsof assmiliate their knowledge and experience. Witch means the Borg know more about the galaxy and it's history than any other species out there.

Here's another scary point about the borg.....what if the delta quadrant ISN'T there point of origin and just an offshoot area and we see how massive they are in JUST that area. Now imagine if there origin place is in another section of unexplored space.
