  I think those people have a mental illness for them to think the wild animals have feeling for them! They only keep the wild animals for their own vanity and/0r for themselves. Otherwise they would set them free or provide a better sanctuary for the poor animals, who are stuck with them.<br><br>Their way of rationalising it, when it is very evident to us that it&apos;s a ticking time bomb, then mental health impairment is definitely very apparent. The irrational actions they take which jeopardise their lives and those around them, cannot be explained as &quot;normal&quot; behaviour.<br><br>I feel so so sad for the trapped animals, which have to endure being paraded around at the expense of their wellbeing 😢

  The thing that stands out most for me here is how delusional these people are, &amp; how they are victims of selective abstraction (i.e. cherry-picking the moments that they wishfully think support their mistaken beliefs that these animals are their friends): one thing they definitely got partially right is noting just how smart, &amp; how capable they are of observing &amp; predicting the behaviour of other animals. The thing they have totally wrong is think in that their pets have been tamed, or that they have a &quot;special&quot; bond with them. I&apos;m curious to find out how long they&apos;ll live.

  In comparison Alligators aren’t very aggressive where as Salties are very aggressive and can be the largest crocs in the world

  Compare this to places like Gatorland in Florida. Ethical conservation, education - &nbsp;and everyone who works there knows that they could be on the menu at any moment!

  These 2 should get together. It&apos;s kinda sad, they both were lonely children, but this is silly and cruel. I love how Francis says I totally trust the croc to sit in it&apos;s cage, and goes in with a metal pole!
