I want to thank you for this educated and interesting interview. A lot of the comments seem to be coming from ignorant internet trolls. People know nothing, judge it as bad and move on. But I’ve been fascinated by peptides recently and the more I learn, the more amazed I am. This drug (and other peptides) may rival penicillin for its boon to society’s health. I implore any person ignorant on the subject to keep learning and trust people who have PHDs more than people who cherry pick information from small scale studies and present their conspiracies. Science exists to help us slowly find the solutions to our mortal problems. We must trust those who have complex knowledge of such subjects. I thank you fellas for this interview. ❤

Don’t discount things by saying that “most people” use it as a vanity drug. It is true that some people do but I do believe that many if not most people use this because it changes their life. I for one finally have my life back and I have a friend whose IBS and gut issues were better after this, she also has a life finally that doesn’t include planning her life around the nearest toilet. I know people who have quit drinking, smoking, reversed diabetes, and I myself went from intensive hypertension and out of control hormones, sleep disorder, mood disorder, asthma.. all better after tirzepatide assisted weight loss. It’s more than vanity for a lot of people

Excellent. My opinion, in our 15 clinics, my dads done medical weightloss over 30 years, we give that exact example. Hypertension. Most people will need to take something for their weight for life and I think that people aren't used to hearing that, but yes, it is the case. Period. I don't sugarcoat that. Infact, you get off it, you'll probably gain even more than before. The reason people think genetics have nothing to do with obesity and being overweight is because diet and exercise changes weight, but it is RARELY sustainable. It affects it as our body adapts, and can maybe make a change of 10-20lbs at most, but rarely more.

I honestly just would like to stay on the lowest dose of wegovy. Once I get any higher than that I feel sick. Nausea, headaches, sweats and digestive problems worse than before. And honestly I haven't lost much weight at all and I've been on it about a year and a half now minus 2 months for a drug plan re-establishment.

I feel like I struggled most of my life with how to manifest. Sometimes it felt so out of reach that I decided to give that archetype quiz by Vera Hart a try, and it really did wonders. It matched my personal archetype exactly, and that’s how I finally figured out how to do it properly. I highly recommend anyone who struggled like me to try it as well! It only takes a couple of minutes anyway ❤️

So many chronic diseases are actually related to insulin. If lifetime blood pressure meds are a thing then why do the majority of those same patients who start low insulin lifestyles like carnivore and keto stop needing meds because their blood pressure resolved? Normalizing blood pressure is one of the most commonly reported side effects of keto/carnivore. High insulin is the hinge that everyone just keeps stepping over, going around, ignoring. Insulin directly affects the expansion of blood vessels, it shuts down nitric oxide production and therefore directly induces high blood pressure. Why is it the medical community will go out of their way to find anything else including genetics or dietary fat etc. to explain and not acknowledge the giant elephant in the room which is the epidemic of undiagnosed hyperinsulinemia? Perhaps insulin control is the link as to why glp-1 can improve so many conditions, maybe they are all related to high insulin which our American food culture is inducing, while the medical community labels all low insulin lifestyles as being “unsustainable”.

My next-door neighbor started taking GLP one shots a couple few months ago. He’s 55. And today he had a stroke. I understand that it’s supposed to help cardiovascular health, but someone without stroke risk had a stroke in their 50s. It’s just something that needs a lot more research. And I don’t wanna take a chance on it.

I am shocked that Dr Li is speaking favorably about GLP1 drugs when it has ruined lives.
