  1) A private business can ask you to leave or refuse you service.<br>2) Once they ask you to leave, you are indeed trespassing.

  For anyone wondering, the lady that threw the hot coffee on the McDonald&apos;s employee is named Casharra Brown. She was at a McDonald&apos;s in Michigan and claimed she was waiting over an hour for her food and coffee. Casharra pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of assault and battery, faces 93 days in prison and a fine of $500. She will have to travel from Georgia, where she resides, to Michigan for sentencing.<br><br>Casharra has been banned from going back to any McDonald&apos;s location and the employee was found to not be burned. The coffee was not hot enough.

  David from Jersey Mike&apos;s didn&apos;t lose his job. It was a rumour and the owner came out and defended him saying that employees should be protected from customer mistreatment and that David&apos;s job was safe. Only happened a couple months ago.

  The man was absolutely right about Walmart&apos;s lack of cashiers and poor customer service. But there was NO reason to confront that poor guy who is just an employee following the rules.
