  I was at a store when i got this notification and then a worker named "max megas" came up and bit my phone outta my hand to started drooling all over it and then he barked and then katie came up and pulled his leash away from me. 10/10 encounter

  I work at a place where I&apos;m legally required to ID. A lady pulled up with her daughter in the passenger seat in my drive thru, and had her passenger make the order. Two drinks and a can of dip. I asked for the ID of the girl giving the order. She didn&apos;t have it. &quot;I&apos;m sorry, I cannot make a sale without an ID.&quot; The driver started yelling about how, &quot;Well, it&apos;s for ME! I have MY ID!&quot; <br><br>&quot;Ma&apos;am, she asked for the product, I need her ID.&quot;<br><br>This lady, about in her 40s, started hollering and berating me, running her mouth about how I&apos;m &quot;ugly&quot; and everything under the sun. So I shut the window and thought that&apos;d be the end of it.<br><br>Nope. She left for ten minutes, pulled back in and came inside the building. &quot;I spoke to your manager in the store about you, you&apos;re going to serve me!&quot; [I work with Brookshire Brothers in the Tobacco Barn.] Considering I didn&apos;t get a call, I didn&apos;t believe it. She started berating my employee, so I told her she needed to leave. She stomped out, and this supposed 21 year old, [for context, I&apos;m 19 and my employee is 18.] Poked her head in and threatened to beat our asses while hiding behind the door. Needless to say, they are both criminally trespassed because our safety was threatened.

  I quit my previous job because a customer yelled loudly enough to make me temporarily lose hearing in my right ear. All I did was ask him to repeat himself because he spoke too quietly.

  as someone who worked at Home Depot, customer service is deeeepllyyy ingrained in you. she had to have been being horrible for them to escalate to that point.

  Employees should be allowed to snap back or ignore them completely. I&apos;m so tired of managers allowing rude people to disrespect their employees.

  As someone who previously worked mcdonalds, the times are so important. If you weren&apos;t quick enough to get cars moving and orders off the screen, you get in trouble.<br><br>Its not hard to just pull straight ahead.<br>You can&apos;t serve the order off screen either because the sensors at the windows keep the times going too, that&apos;s why we are so big on pulling cars ahead.<br><br>I&apos;ve gotten threatened over asking someone to pull ahead, it&apos;s actually insane.<br>Quickest way to get banned from a location, but my gm refused to ban anyone, even if they threw a drink at me.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dftnfBEGY8c&amp;t=216">3:36</a> as an ex mcdonalds employee the pies are like the easiest way to placate angry customers. Only the manager can give them away but it isn&apos;t a huge loss because so many of them have to be tossed from being in the warmer too long anyways. I can&apos;t even count how many pies I had just be sent home with because otherwise they would just go in the trash
