As part of their healing journey, avoidants need to understand how damaging this behavior is on the people they date. Not only is it painful in the moment but long after the relationship is over it leaves lasting damage and mistrust of others.

So exhausting. Mine just ghosted me and I’m actually at peace about it. It’s been a cycle that has to be broken and it’s going to be broken by me. I know he’ll come back after a few months but the door is totally LOCKED

Ive waited 8mths. <br>Its limerance at this point. <br>Im just pissed off at myself. And him for not figuring things out. <br>This whole thing made me sprial. Hes made sure i disappear from his life.
