In Japan, when marking on tests, a circle is used for &quot;Correct&quot; while an X is used for &quot;Incorrect&quot;, so Circle being select and X being cancel is just common button layout for Japanese games. You can pretty much assume any Japanese PS1 or PS2 game you try out is gonna have that button set up by default.

  I found the Japanese manual after about two minutes of searching. &nbsp;The coins are for continuing when your character dies.

  I guess it makes sense for the main character to the Dipper as his health bar when you consider his role in the story is guiding people to safety<br>P.s. And his job on the ship is navigator

  I&apos;m not even sure what Long&apos;s plan was. Dump a bunch of parasites into the ocean? At best he&apos;d only manage to kill everyone on the ship, at worst the parasites would get into the drinking water and indiscriminately kill everyone, ESPECIALLY poor people, and leave the rich largely unscathed as they buy expensive water filters and shit. Was it just about killing everyone on board because they&apos;re, he assumes, rich? The people who he&apos;s mad at don&apos;t go on cruises, they have private yachts! And even so, what about the crew? Just fuck them I guess?

  I love the antagonist&apos;s presumably usamerican dead dad who wasnt allowed to enter a hospital when he got injured. Oh we&apos;re allowed in hospitals, we just die from heart attacks when we recieve the bill and it&apos;s $10k for like.. one night on a cot and a single band-aid
