  I love the mission of Sushi Roll Shop and Moon &amp; Back to allow everyone to enjoy Japanese cuisine. Thank you for trying the vegan and the cooked fish sushi for all of us vegans/vegetarians and people with compromised immune systems. The gluten-free shoyu is so wonderful for people with gluten sensitivity. The vegan ramen also looked delicious! Chef Fukuda is awesome!! <br>I hope you&apos;re both doing well.   So nice to see a gluten-free conscious shop in Japan. As someone with Celiac disease I can&apos;t even have normal soy sauce, let alone wheat noodles.
