I only just discovered your channel a few days ago, and I am so very much pleased with it. Your delivery is very informative, while maintaining a light touch. Not to mention you focus on Kansai - my favorite! Will definitely follow up on some of your recommendations when I take my next visit with my daughter

I miss Kyōto already… such great tips, thank you. But sorry - "the soup is actually not made using <b>any</b> animal products, … it gets its flavour from fish"..? I mean, what is fish to you, then? 🥺

Amanohashidate is magical! I decided to do a day trip there from Kyoto two years ago, just to get out there away from it all for one day. It's so beautiful, and the town and people are so nice. Definitely coming back there one day!
