  I'm so glad you and alot of your Powerblock/Powernation hosts are still really close and do projects together and help each other out. That's actually pretty rare because most t.v. stars get burned out with each other

  Good to see you're recovering nicely and behaving yourself.  Today's episode was really helpful in proving that an inexpensive scuff and spray with budget paint can look so good - and in the hands of a non-professional.

  What happens when two Canadians walk into a bar in Tennessee? <br>Recovery? What happened, did I miss something? Figuring out that it could be sprayed smoother is cool, but I wouldn&apos;t have changed it between the parts. Especially with him not wanting to sand it I would&apos;ve kept everything the same so there was no variance in the finish when he was done. I would suggest his floor stands be set taller so he doesn&apos;t have to stoop to reach them, and his hangers to be lower so he doesn&apos;t have to reach.. whenever you over-extend your painting isn&apos;t as well done as when you&apos;re right in the heart of your reach.. It&apos;s part of why I could never get a job doing it for someone else, at my height (6&apos;10 though I slouch to about 6&apos;7 with kyphosis) they didn&apos;t want to have to deal with trying to adjust things for me so that I didn&apos;t have to walk around bent double all the time. (though a roller chair would&apos;ve fixed that but hey..)

  I love that y&apos;all collab or have crossover episodes of you and your friends, especially when they are other channels I watch. It&apos;s cool to see y&apos;all cut up, but also show us some cool tricks of the trades. Keep up the great work guys!

  Heal up. &nbsp;Can&apos;t wait for the final on the Camaro, so judgement can be passed about the side lights. Giggle. &nbsp;It takes time to heal and get used to different side lights.
