  Hostels: bring lock (I use mine at work now), travel sheet, and ear plugs. At least they’re wooden berths and not ikea metal beds (yes, south beach has those). Also it’s a one-gender room, not a mixed. Plenty of hostel-positive and friendly YouTubers out there who are more well-travelled and who are comfortable going out and about to new places.<br><br>Ethan, branch out and spread your wings. Go around and see some new things. Young people are sheltered these days.<br><br>I am wondering if he would ever stay at the Bowery in NYC. Bro would freak out.
