  Seems like most of your problems came from not siting in the seat you were assigned lol Plus, drinking tea or coffee probably isn’t the best idea if you’re trying to sleep.

  Having travelled extensively on sleeper buses in India, one golden rule is never sleep above the back axle as you will spend your night being bumped around

  Big respect for the company taking feedback in a positive manner! This company has very big potential! Ben Morris gave very good feedback that could literally turn this into a full on business class experience!

  The only "premium" night bus experience is having a pint of vodka the moment you board and forgetting the whole sordid journey ever happened

  The best place to sit on an overnight bus is in the middle, avoid the axles so you don't feel every bump when the back or front wheels go over uneven roads.  The first mistake u made is sitting at the back.

  overnight buses tend to be cold because the drivers think it helps them stay awake

  I feel like I’m the only one in these comments that would class this as a luxury bus, I used to have to travel 4-5 hours every day on buses to get to and from college and I would literally get on the bus after a long day, headphones on, feet up on the seat and boom I was flat out asleep for my whole journey if I could sleep like that, sleeping on this bus would be a dream 😂

  You’ve clearly never slept on a bus in South America! Their buses are fridges. People bring blankets and duvets to keep warm!
